The Dr. Eunice Nelson-Baumann Home provides residential care and assisted living services for 6 residents. The home offers residents barrier free housing, personalized support services, three daily meals, assistance in taking medications, limited nursing consultation and oversight, 24 hour emergency response, and recreation and social opportunities.

The home is located on the reservation and adjacent to both a senior housing complex and the Penobscot Nation Health Department, offering extra services and accommodations to residents. The building offers a non-smoking environment that is both spacious and decorated to reflect the native culture. Each resident will have a private room which is furnished with bed, bedding, dresser, nightstand, chair, and half-bath.
