The overall mission of the Finance Office is to provide the Nation and its departments with a reliable and efficient accounting system, with internal controls that safeguards the Nations assets, processes financial transactions and produces reliable internal and external financial reporting. The financial activity for all departments of the Nation is processed centrally in the Finance Office. Our ultimate and most important customer is the people of the Penobscot Nation.
