The Penobscot Nation DNR wanted to share a list of all the big game check stations we will be using this fall (see attached sheet).  Also, Wildlife Resource Manager, Ben Simpson is hoping to collect biological samples on moose again this season.  If you are able to collect nasal swabs and lung tissue and nothing else, we will be grateful.  You can pick up sample kits in the DNR office.  You can reach out to Ben with any questions at 207-659-1267 or [email protected].  We will be picking a random sample at the end of the year to give that hunter a $250 gift card to the Old Town Trading Post
