For urgent matters:

During business hours: call the department main line at (207) 817-7400 for triage. You will either be offered an appointment or instructed to access a higher level of care, as necessary.

After business hours/weekends: please call the after-hours triage line at (207) 973-7979 and follow the instructions of the on-call physician.

All urgent/emergent care, including any follow-up, should be reported to the department within 72 hours, if possible.
