Voting Members of the Penobscot Nation
A Caucus meeting is going to be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 6:00 PM at the Sockalexis Arena to nominate candidates to fill vacancies for the following seats:
- 1 Tribal Council Seat
- 1 School Board Seat
- 1 Land Committee Seat
If a Primary Election is needed, the date for that election will be Tuesday, November 29, 2022, and the Special Election will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. The election(s) will be held at the Nicholas H. Sapiel Building, polls opening at 9:00 am and closing at 8:00 pm. If you have, any questions please feel free to contact the Tribal Clerk’s office.
